Twenty II Life: InfoOnTheDudes

Twenty II Life

We would like to start off by telling you a bit about the band...... But We're not going to cause, Who Cares! Right!?

Your here looking for some great music, Somethin' you can crank up..... Well, here it is..... It's got some great tunes to crank up, And, without all the headaches of a hit song..... I mean this CD has almost no hit potential what-so-ever....... :o

It's -sor-ta-va- "Alice in Chains" meats "Metallica" thing with a-bit-a "Saliva" flippin' around....- You get the picture.... Maybe not a pretty picture, but we're here to rock your listening senses, not get a date.... however, pics and m&m's may be sent to dave @....... (oh... sorry).... ...Now, the first song Twenty II Life singled out from the "Limited Veuwes" CD was "Doomed" and we were pretty encouraged by the positive response we received. So we tried again with "(one foot in) The Grave" and we actually heard the words "teetering on the edge of outta this fu*king world-ness"..... pretty groovy... of course we heard these words from one of our eight fan club members...... ah.. hell... ;) .. "Doomed" hit the radio and you still may be able to catch it playin' (on AM) ;) ..ha... And "(one foot in) The Grave" hit radio and is still getting a great response.... All you need to do is crank up those speakers, Check out the samples, and, Buy the CD..... easy....

Now, if your really in a CRAPPY Mood, you may want to listen to "Aint Doin' Time (for you)" This SHOULD make you laugh?......

"What's up Right Now"

Dave Van Leeuwen, Song writer, Player, and sometime Singer, for this CD is a member of BMI and produced the bands first album (Limited Veuwes of the Truth).

Dave is following in the footsteps of some other famous Van Leeuwens, among which are Robby Van Leeuwen (Shocking Blue) "Venus" and Troy Van Leeuwen (A Perfect Circle).

Most of the band's energy now is focused towards the release of the new album "Double Life".

For song lyrics, some Crazy party pics, and some "kick-a** porn" ;) ...not really, .......we have no party pic's or song lyrics on our site...... Just keep looking around - we'll keep you up to date on the band.....

Thanks for waste-in' a few minutes of your time on readin' our words and listening to our songs...

Thank You All....

WICKED GUITARIST! SICK SONG!
This song is awesome! The intro is great, the drumming is very original and solid! Guitar solo puts the intro over the top. I hate to say this, but the instrumental intro is a little long for the vocalist to start singing. I know where you guys are coming from, I love having long instrumental intros, but I'm just speaking on a purely production sense that you may need to cut it down a bit for 'radio play'! However, its still at totally rocking track! (I feel you guys kinda sound like a mixture of Tool and Metallica, but still have a unique sound!) You guys have done an awesome job! Guitar solo is kick @$$!!! This song totally rocks! Best of luck to you guys! :- Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Good Lead Guitar
The lead guitar isn't bad at all actually. You guy's have some talent. I like the drums. and you got serious guitars to back it up. The arrangement is pretty good. You guy's sound like Alice In Chains, especially the guitars in the verses. :- Compton, California
